<p>Consider J.P. Morgan Chase &amp; Co.&#8217;s strategy in Boston. The investment arm of the Wall Street firm that manages real-estate funds for institutional investors has agreed in partnership with Samuels &amp; Associates of Boston to buy a former Sears, Roebuck &amp; Co. complex in the Fenway neighborhood for about $530 million. Now known as the Landmark Center, the property has been revamped as an office and retail property.</p>

The sidewalks are a decent width, the asphalt is as supple as velvet, and the white glyphs designating the roomy new bike lanes glisten like icing on a cake. The traffic lights are even being timed so people won't have to play chicken with turning vehicles.]]></description>

These changes allowed for  a more open living space.  The projects finishes were chosen to reflect the areas modern contemporary style.  Two of the three condos have outdoor decks that over look the Delaware River and center city Philadelphia.</p>

<p>This property was originally a two story building in the historic Old  City District of Philadelphia. Duling Construction Management was  granted the contract to make it a 5-story condominium with an art  Gallery on the ground floor.  This was a unique project in the sense  that due to a fire, the city allowed 3 additional stories, adding 7000  sq ft to the existing building. The owner and architect went with a very  modern design and cool colors to create a contemporary feel to each  unit.  The Gallery space on the ground floor is completely refinished  and is recognized as one of the nicest galleries throughout Old City,  with barreled 16ft high ceilings and polished concrete floors.</p>
